Shelf Life Tips
- Refrigerate within two hours of cooking; cover french toast with foil or plastic wrap or place in plastic bag to prevent drying out.
- To freeze, place a sheet of wax paper between each slice of french toast, then wrap tightly in aluminum foil or place in heavy-duty freezer bag.
- Freezer time shown is for best quality only — foods kept constantly frozen at 0° F will keep safe indefinitely.
