EGGS — COOKED, HARD BOILED
|
|
| Tips |
- Refrigerate within two hours of cooking; store in covered container or resealable plastic bag.
- Whole, hard-cooked eggs do not freeze well; whites will become tough and rubbery.
- To freeze cooked yolks only: (1) Place yolks in covered airtight container or heavy-duty freezer bag; (2) Freeze yolks up to for 3 months for best quality; foods kept constantly frozen at 0° F will keep safe indefinitely.
