Shelf Life Tips
- Keep refrigerated in covered container.
- To freeze: (1) Pierce yolks; (2) Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of salt for every one cup of yolks (if using yolks for main dishes) or 1 tablespoon of sugar (if using for baking or desserts); (3) Transfer to covered airtight container and freeze.
- Freezer time shown is for best quality only - foods kept constantly frozen at 0°F will keep safe indefinitely.
